The Tree Top Bed & Breakfast is literally in the trees! Just 15 minutes north of Lancaster, we are situated high atop the Ephrata Mountain with a fantastic 30 mile view of farms and towns.

Choose from four bedrooms including one which is a suite with cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. All rooms have a private bath, ceiling fan, phone, hairdryer, rocker/recliner, alarm clock radio, large windows, a closet, dresser and desk. The Love Suite's fireplace is two-sided so you can enjoy a cozy fire while soaking in the two-person Jacuzzi tub. The Love Suite has a queen size bed. The Peace Room has a queen size and double bed. The Dream Room has a queen size bed. A cot and folding single bed is also available. The Peace Room has a large two-person shower, and the Dream Room has a six-foot whirlpool tub and shower. Our first floor Hope Room has a private bath with a tub shower for your relaxation.

Our homemade breakfast menu varies to suit your taste. Be sure to let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions when you make your reservations.

Our bed and breakfast has central air and heat and offers a fresh and sunny atmosphere throughout. After a day of sightseeing, antiquing or shopping, relax in the living room by the fireplace to read or watch TV, or play games at the dining room table. Enjoy nature on the huge screened porch. A new pool is open July through September 15. Whatever you choose to do during your stay, we know you will leave relaxed and refreshed.
