Gap in the Hills could not be more conveniently located for folks visiting Lancaster County's PA Dutch Country. You have easy access to the City of Lancaster, Intercourse and Strasburg, where "Witness" was filmed, fine restaurants, art galleries, antique shops and our world famous Amish quilts.

All attractions are a short drive away. Take a day trip into Philadelphia; visit Gettysburg, Hersheypark, or go hiking or biking on the many trails PA has to offer.

Your vacation home is just off Route 30 in the historic Village of Gap, founded by William Penn in 1765. Enjoy the lovely setting and watch your Amish neighbors from the patio. Gap has a supermarket, restaurants, gas station and a Community Park two minutes away. Watch the local Amish teams play baseball on summer evenings or take the kiddies to the plaground. There are covered pavilions for picnicking too. A super Wal-Mart is only five miles East on Route 30. 

This home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a living room, dining room, patio, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, a separate family room (and the 5th bedroom) downstairs in our remodeled lower level.

Amenities include C/A, CCTV, VCR/DVD, queen size beds, twin beds and full beds, free local phone, dishwasher, microwave, free use of laundry room, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, a crib and a high chair. Linens, bedding, paper products, soap and dishwasher detergent are provided for your convenience. You need only bring yourselves, your personal items and your excitement!

We can sleep 14 comfortably. We also have two small custom mattresses available for the little ones, if needed. Couples are welcome too. We offer this truly relaxing home to you for sharing with family and friends. We have satisfied the needs of many wonderful people over the years! We look forward to your visit as well.
